生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)特點(diǎn)和功能

YF系列PVC異型材生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)主要用于PVC門(mén)窗型材、寬幅門(mén)板、窗臺板擠出。該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)可以根據不同型材斷面及模具,選用不同規格的平行(錐形)雙螺桿擠出機,并配置相應的真空定型臺,牽引機,切割機,翻料平臺等輔助設備。

主要擠出量可以在每小時(shí)60公斤到700公斤之間任選。牽引機采用我公司獨特升降技術(shù),工作平穩,可靠性好,牽引力大。真空定采用特殊加大洞流冷卻系統型,以滿(mǎn)足高速擠出的需要。切割機移動(dòng)速度與牽引速度保同步,全部采用進(jìn)口PLC電控制,設計合理,運行穩定切割,并配備粉塵回收裝置。根據不同的磨具,定型臺可選用4米、6米、8米、11米等規格。配置平行雙螺杄擠出機,特別適用于型材高速擠出。

Powder& dust suction device can be provided With different die tooling, the tilter platform can choose such specifications as 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter etc. With twin parallel screw extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed extruding of profile material.
